RULES FOR ARTISTS
1. Respect and Communication
We value a friendly atmosphere, mutual respect, and open dialogue between artists and the team. Everyone should feel comfortable expressing their ideas.
2. Professional Approach
We expect artists to be disciplined, responsible, and committed to self-improvement. Punctuality and a serious attitude toward work are key to success.
3. Decision Coordination
All important career-related matters must be discussed with the directors and team to avoid misunderstandings and ensure smooth career development.
4. Confidentiality
Company information and activities are confidential. Sharing them outside the team is prohibited. The company also will never share any of your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.
5. Experience
Experience is a crucial requirement for joining our team. We are looking for individuals who have:
- 1) Formal Training: Completed courses, workshops, or professional training in your field (e.g. music school for vocalists, dance school for dancers). Recognized certifications or diplomas are a plus.
- 2) Practical Experience: Performed in live shows, concerts, competitions, or festivals. Worked with studios, agencies, or production companies. Recorded or released music, dance videos, or other creative projects.
- 3) Social Media Presence: Actively promoting their works on social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Collaborated with other creators or brands.
- 4) Recognition and Awards: Received awards, certificates, or honors in their field. Positive reviews, feedback, or high engagement on their social media content.
- 5) Professionalism and Commitment: Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within our team.
6. Artist Rating
Once in 6 months, all artists are evaluated on a 10-point scale in the following categories:
- Activity
- Work Quality
- Task Completion from Administration
- Meeting Deadlines
→ If the total score is below 5 – the artist receives a warning.
→ If the artist scores below 5 again – they are removed from the company.
7. Clean-Ups
Clean-ups are conducted under the following guidelines:
- 1) Frequency: Clean-ups are carried out regularly but without fixed dates. The decision to conduct a clean-up is made at the discretion of the directors.
- 2) Criteria: Low activity or lack of participation in projects. Violation of company rules. Poor performance or lack of professionalism. No noticeable improvement or progress in skills.
- 3) Process: Members considered for clean-up will receive a notification. They have the opportunity to discuss their situation with the director. If the decision is confirmed, the members will be removed from the team.
Prohibited Actions
- Disrespect toward the team.
- Insulting team members.
- Rule violations.
- Using prototypes (note: the group can have a prototype but its presentation and the videos on our YouTube channel will be published without it).
- Being affiliated with other companies.
Violating these rules may result in removal from the company. Incorrectly filled applications will not be considered. You will be contacted only if you pass the audition.
